Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage broker relationships across the country for all segments of the business
  • Meet with key customers on regular basis, responsible for evolution and execution of promotional plan at key accounts
  • Work closely with our distributor partners to ensure execution on promotions
  • Ensure clear communication of priorities and goals to DSD partners
  • Analyze competitive performance by monitoring overall market conditions and account activity to enhance market position and anticipate consumer needs
  • Manage regional customer P&Ls, closely monitor topline performance, and control spending to within allocated trade budgets
  • Participate in regional and national trade, customer, and distributor shows as required
  • Participate in marketing events and retailer demos as needed
  • Position and share the Company brand story in a compelling and informed way to generate opportunities that will generate revenue

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years sales experience in food and beverage
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
