Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the Supply Planning Team, QA and Co-Packing
  • Keep track of inventory and what is available to deploy at the copacker
  • Responsible for the Stock transfer order in NetSuite, ensuring Inventory details and SKU are accurate
  • Coordinate details between the Transportation provider & Copacker to ensure right product is loaded and resolves any issues during the transportation process
  • Ensure NetSuite Status is maintained and updated accurately for transfer orders
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on inventory reconciliation or adjustments (as needed or at month- ending)
  • Work on managing distribution expenses (Actual delivery freight vs plan; Other distribution expenses itemized vs plan)
  • Communicate with Customer facing Supply Chain on any critical delays that directly impact case fill
  • Own Ecommerce planning end to end (including Case- fill, assembly build, deployment, new item launches, etc)
  • Using relevant tools ( NetSuite , Excel) , perform weekly Ecommerce supply planning
  • Work with MRP planner to ensure Ecommerce supply plans by SKU is synchronized with deliveries of relevant packaging.
  • Provide visibility to Demand planning (& Marketing) on excess inventories at Amazon to ensure appropriate programs are implemented to drive sales spikes
  • Manage new item launches on all Ecommerce channels by working closely with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage item transitions on Amazon and other Ecommerce sites ( packaging changes, BOM changes, etc)
  • Lead person for key events to ensure program success- track results for future use- communicate and share findings
  • Perform weekly deployments for Amazon including creating the appropriate loads in NetSuite and on the Amazon website (Box labels, Pallet labels and all the steps therein)
  • Track weekly Scorecard on Amazon and alert necessary shareholders in case of trend changes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of planning experience, ideally in the CPG industry
  • Strong analytical skills and capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in an fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment
